We will No longer allow you to Remove backgrounds on the gang sheet builder.  All art work must be Print ready, with out a background.  If you would like us to build a gang sheet and remove backgrounds for you there will be an additional fee.

Printing Schedule

We print Direct-to-Film (DTF) gang sheets Tuesday through Friday.

Orders placed before 2 PM on those days are eligible for next-day shipping.

  • Friday orders placed before 2 PM will ship on Tuesday, as we are closed Mondays.

  • No printing on Saturday, Sundays or Mondays.

Artwork Requirements

  • Files must be 300 DPI with no background—PNG format recommended.

  • All designs must include a 2-pixel bleed to accommodate the DTF adhesive shrinkage.

  • Avoid using thin fonts or intricate small details, as they may not print cleanly.

Editing & Rush Fees

  • If we need to remove backgrounds or make adjustments, a fee of $15 per 15 minutes of editing will apply.

  • Same-day pickup gang sheets are available for an additional rush fee.
