Products that are made to order: 

All of our products are made to order, therefore all sales are final. Be sure to double-check your selected size and color before completing your purchase. Personalized items are produced exactly as requested and cannot be returned or exchanged. Please carefully review and approve all designs to ensure accuracy before production.

Crafting items Return Policy: 

You have 14 days from date of purchase to return any unused and/or unopened products.   If product is damaged please return them within 14 days.  We do not cover shipping fees for returned items.

We cannot return any items that have been used for crating.   If a product isn't working correctly for crafting please contact within 14 days.  

If you product Isn't working correctly after the 14 days but within 30days please contact us at Designs@ssuphoto.com and we can work with you to get a replacement product.  After 30days all sales are final.
