Craft and Hobby fair application contract and rules, for Fall 2025

You must agree and sign below to all the rules and regulations for the fair. This agreement will be for any dates during the above listed dates that you sign up for.

The craft fair times will run from 10am to 3pm Setup at 8:30am. Please see SSUPhoto Staff when signing in, by going to our booth or store located in the plaza. Please do not start breaking down your booths until after 3pm.. If you break down earlier without letting our staff know you will forfeit your remaining dates. So please let us know if you have to leave earlier.

You must provide your own tables, chairs, tents and garbage containers.

Tents must be 10ft x 10ft only and be fire resistant. If bringing a tent you must have 35lb weights Minimum for each leg of the tent. Please let us know ahead of time if you are bringing tents. Everyone is responsible for your trash at your booth. Please make sure you have a small trash can, and you must bring your trash home with you. You cannot put trash in any of the trash containers at the plaza as they are owned by other companies. Please keep your area neat so that we can continue to have this fair here.

Electrical: No Electrical provided. If you want to bring a generator it must be a quiet noise generator and must be put in a cage like a dog crate. You must also bring a fire extinguisher. Please let us know if you are bringing a generator if so you will be put towards the back edge of the event.

Cancellations: If you need to cancel please give us one week notice, so we can give another vendor the opportunity to participate and keep the flow of vendors going. There will be no refunds for your spot, even if we rebook the spot. We know things happen, and we don't want you here if you're sick, just please try to let us know as soon as you do, so we can give another vendor the opportunity to participate. If you do not show up, and do not contact us and let us know why, you will forfeit your remaining days.

Rain or Shine: This fair is a rain or shine fair. But if the conditions are not safe, or really poor we will cancel the fair for that day. Because we use the payments for your spot to help advertise the fair, there are no refunds. However we will transfer the funds to a future fair date which we have lots of dates for the summer into fall.

MUST check in with SSUPhoto Designs staff every week before setting up, to receive a printed floor plan. Your spot will be assigned a few days before, and our staff will be able to show you your spot if needed. Please make sure there is 4ft space between booths, per Fire Marshals code.

Bathrooms: is located in our store SSUphoto Designs. Our store SSUPhoto Designs and Galaxy Pops And Beyond have public bathrooms you can use.

If you have any issues with the fair, staff, customers, please contact us at our store or call us at 860-916-6230 right away and we will take the appropriate actions if needed.

By signing up to the fair you are agreeing to allow the fair organizers SSUPhoto Designs, Galaxy Pops and Beyond, to photograph or video your space and products. The above business will use footage from the fair for future advertisement for the fair. By attending this fair you agree not to hold SSUPhoto Designs, Galaxy Pops and Beyond, liable for any damages to your products, booths, or equipment.

You can bring your own food and drinks (no Alcohol) or purchase snacks from other vendor or visit the other restaurants in the plaza.

If you want to be next to another vendor or do not wish to be next to another vendor please let us know and we will try our best to accommodate you. The best option to do this is to book your spots together at the same time.

We have the right to move your booth space at any time to adjust the flow of the vendors.

Please be kind to other vendors near you. We are all here to promote our craft and hobby, there will be other vendors with similar items, just remember that everyone does things differently, and customers like what they like.

Consultants, if you are required to only have one or two of you at the fair, please contact your local reps to make sure before you book who will be doing the fair. We will not regulate this, it's up to you to make sure if you can have more than one consultant at the fair. We will try to make sure you are not close together, if allowed more than one consultant.
