A monthly Photoshop mentorship program is where you will have access to one of our photoshop experts for up to 30 min session or two 15min session for each month to help you with projects you are currently working on. You will have access to us through zoom or Facebook messenger for help when you're stuck. we will also be available through messenger when you have questions but do not need a face to face meeting at any time. This is not a one on one training but this is to help you and guide you through Photoshop to complete the project. You must have purchased our one on one training before you can enter this program. you must purchase this mentorship each month as it's not recurring. You may purchase the membership month to month, every 3 months, every 6 months, or once a year. The 6 month Mentorship is discounted 10%. Personalized items are produced exactly as requested and cannot be returned or exchanged. Please carefully review and approve all designs to ensure accuracy before production.

Crafting items Return Policy:
You have 14 days from date of purchase to return any unused and/or unopened products. If product is damaged please return them within 14 days. We do not cover shipping fees for returned items.
We cannot return any items that have been used for crating. If a product isn't working correctly for crafting please contact within 14 days.
If you product Isn't working correctly after the 14 days but within 30days please contact us at Designs@ssuphoto.com and we can work with you to get a replacement product. After 30days all sales are final.
