Roland BN20/A Vinyl Jam Blocker Kit prevents the paper from rolling up into the printer causing the printer to jam and damage your printer. Doe not interfere with product warranty. Included is 2 Jam Blockers, instructions and link to video instructions.
*Jam blocker will only protect the paper from curling up inside the machine near the front glass. It doesn't protect the from jamming before the first bar. Jamming in front of the first bar is prevented by making sure your paper is cut straight and not too short.

Crafting items Return Policy:
You have 14 days from date of purchase to return any unused and/or unopened products. If product is damaged please return them within 14 days. We do not cover shipping fees for returned items.
We cannot return any items that have been used for crating. If a product isn't working correctly for crafting please contact within 14 days.
If you product Isn't working correctly after the 14 days but within 30days please contact us at Designs@ssuphoto.com and we can work with you to get a replacement product. After 30days all sales are final.
